A Trip to 1914

On Sunday, we went to the Waterloo Region Museum. The kids had a blast. It contains a living village from 1914. Bakersmom fed a baby goat for the first time after helping to wake up the farm animals.

Here is a video of our favourite part of the day.

They also got to make scarecrows. Craftser named his MuscleCrow and Gamerboy named his Musclegirl.

Got to see a personal pipe organ in play.

and play crokinole which their grandparents had already taught them how to play.

Here is a stock image of the board.

They won one game each. We also got to take wagon rides around the village. It was one of the best ever days of school yet.
