Sabbath Week One

Finally have time to get blogs caught up so  this will be the first of two I will post today.

We had our first Sabbath Week, and while normal school did not take place… we were extremely busy.

We still had classes at the Wilson Education Resource Center. French and Learn, Write, Draw: Jungle animals.

It was also birthday week for both the kids. I can not believe how time has flown.

We did Little Passports: Morocco and it had a nice little tie in to our Land Animals curriculum.

We also spent some time doing some fun crafts to add to out animal map wall.

But our biggest highlight was our Lizard Co-op we did with another family. We were able to do lapbooks, a craft and bring out our bearded dragon to feed and touch…plus she was shedding too. The kids loved it. We had a pizza lunch.

 

Craftster and BakersMom also attended the Awana leaders conference and except GamerBoy, we all help out in the Cubbie Room.

 

All in all a great week.
